About Me

I’m a Mom of 2 boys, a 4 year old and a 2 year old. Needless to say they keep me running around. With my first baby I gained about 60/70 pounds. By the time I was pregnant with number 2 (9 months later) I had lost about 30 pounds by walking and trying to learn how to run again. I was good at walking almost every day with this pregnancy and at the end only gained 10 pounds. For the last few months I’ve been doing Turbo Jam and running and I’ve lost about 35 pounds.
I love helping my friends and family try and reach their fitness goals. I’ve tried all kinds of workouts and it seems that when my friends are ready to get in shape they come to me so we can find the right workout for them. I’ve run a few of my own Biggest Loser games trying to help motivate people (including me) to reach their fitness goals. I’m not the most fit person at the moment but I know I can be that fit person. And I love helping others find that fit person in them. So here I am, and I am so excited to be a Coach and help people achieve their fitness goals. I would love to be your Coach!
