Limitations only exist if you let them! I LOVE that! So many times we self impose our own limits on ourselves. We fail to see everything we can do, just because we think we can’t. There was a time I said, I can’t run. I’m just not a runner, I’ll never be. Then I started running. I still said I’m only a kind of a runner. I only run 1-2 miles I’d never be someone who can runs long distances. In 2010 I ran the Disneyland Half Marathon.
The point of this is to say, you never know what you can do unless you go for it. You might fall short a few times before you make your goal. It might take longer than you hoped. But If you keep at it, stay focused, visualize you doing it, and know you can if you keep working at it you can have NO limitations! Your dream, your goal no matter if it’s fitness, business, school, personal – you can accomplish it. If you can believe it you can achieve it! Even if someone else says you can’t… you’re the only one who needs to know YOU CAN!
