Going around in circles
My husband likes to get Dunkin' Donuts on the weekend. I get a plain coffee with him, but it's Hard with a capital H not to order a donut.
They seem to be such small, inconsequential things, don't they? I meant really - how many calories can they have? And how much would it take for me to burn them off? The answers are: Too many and more than you're willing to do.
I haven't had a donut for two months now. I finally get what it means when they say, "This (weight loss) feels better than food tastes...even donuts.
